  2. Thank you for the step work formats! I am new to Clutterers Anonymous in the U.S., and these were recommended to me. It is so helpful to know that others share my problem, and have found a solution. Much gratitude!

  3. Thank-you to all those of you who attend the Thursday online meeting of Clutterers Anonymous UK at 7.30pm, which is now on zoom (not Skype). I find it so helpful hearing others share about the clutter they have problems with and what goals that they have accomplished each week, or want to achieve over the next week. It is so lovely that all are welcome no matter how much clutter they have. I know this is a programme where we need to take one step at a time, one day at a time.

I am learning to not keep objects that can catch fire near the gas hob, and not to keep things that melt in the oven (for storage)! Also to tackle my cluttered objects which have emotional attachments. Thank-you for the CLA fellowship and for all your service!

  4. Happy New Year 2022 to all of you lovely clutterers around the world!

I joined CLA in September 2021 and have already gained so much from the telephone and zoom meetings that are open to anyone who have finally admitted to themselves they have a problem with clutter.

I have a problem with overwhelm/perfectionism/procrastination: All this clutter is too much for me and I will never be able to do this perfectly (or even just ‘right’) – so I won’t do it at all, at least not today! šŸ™ I know now that I can do it if I break it down into the tiniest steps that I can accomplish, no matter what. Now, this technique may also be recommended in other programmes I have already tried without much success (or else I wouldn’t be here). But it is the knowledge that a Higher Power wants me to live a happier live and will help me if only I ‘let go and let God’, plus the good vibes and welcoming atmosphere in the meetings, the fellowship, that really make a difference.

I am so grateful I found this website and the CLA UK Thursday zoom meeting. If you are new to all this, please don’t be shy and join a meeting! It works!

  5. Would you consider posting here the earlier version of the cla-uk 12 step questions pdf? At least the old version of steps 9-12? Thank you.
